Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.
You can order products and book services online via https://www.siewli.com When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email. We may refuse to accept an order if;

The ordered products are out of stock or discontinued
In any refusal, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited where your credit card has been charged.
When you book a service with us through our acuity scheduling, you are booking this at the price stated. Please note that acuity scheduling charges you in SGD through Paypal.
Your Payment on your credit card or PayPal receipt will appear as a Siewli Consultancy Network charge. Siewli Consultancy Network uses PayPal to take payment. PayPal information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Siewli Consultancy Network uses the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. All payments are collected and processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your credit card number ever.
We try to keep our site up to date, however we can not guarantee that all our products will always be in stock. If an item is out of stock we will aim to deliver within 28 days. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within your specified time you can request cancellation and we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.
Our goal is to provide quality Feng Shui advice to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call us at +65 6781 2122 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 2 days in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at +65 6781 2122 between the hours of 9-5pm.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 2 days before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client the whole missed appointment fee.
Promotional codes provided to you by Fortune Talks or our Partners or affiliates will be subject to the value, exclusions and limitations as notified at the time of delivery, and may be valid for limited periods.
The Promotional Code is valid only for qualifying purchases made on the Site. A qualifying purchase means the purchase of the specified product or products in accordance with the conditions notified to you at the time you were provided with the Promo Code. A Promotional Code may only be used once per qualifying transaction and is applied to the transaction as a whole.
To redeem the Promotional Code, you simply type the Promotional Code into the promotional code field in the check-out section of the Site, click the validate button and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying purchase. If you fail to enter the Promotional Code at the time of purchase as specified above, your purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after you have confirmed your purchase on the Site.
You may not redeem or exchange the Promotional Code or applicable discount for cash. You may not use or combine the Promotional Code with any other promotions unless permitted.
